At Rekha Amrita Mart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We source fresh organic items, but if you are not fully satisfied with a purchase, we are here to help.

1. Fresh Produce Return (Fruits & Vegetables)

Since fresh farm produce is highly perishable, any quality concerns must be reported **at the time of delivery** or within **4 hours of delivery**. We will swap or replace the item free of cost.

2. Packaged Groceries (Atta, Spices, Biscuits, Oils)

Packaged store items can be returned within **24 hours** from delivery, provided:

• The package seal is unbroken.
• The item is in original saleable condition.
• The original printed bill/invoice is provided.

3. Dairy & Bread

Bread, milk, butter, and paneer products must be checked at delivery. Swap requests are resolved immediately with the delivery operator.

4. Refunds Processing

Approved returns are compensated with instant item replacements or credited back via Google Pay/PhonePe/Cash refunds.

5. Return Pickups

Contact our support phone line to request a replacement. Our delivery executives will collect the return item during their next local route.
